    The Brunello Restaurant of the Baglioni Hotel welcomes in his kitchen Pino Lavarra, chef of the restaurant with two Michelin stars Rosselinis of Ravello of Palazzo Sasso on the Amalfi Coast. Throughout the year Brunello are planned special events to delight even the most demanding gourmet. During 2010, the Brunello host Michelin-starred chefs from some of the finest restaurants in Italy, allowing guests to enjoy their fabulous menu and their experience in central London.

    The first event will be the one with the Chef Pino Lavarra, presenting his dishes for 4 nights, 10th to 13th of March. The guests Brunello from Kensington will have the opportunity to taste a menu created with passion as the “tuna steak served with mashed eggplant white sauce and potatoes soufflé flavored with capers” followed by a “lemon soufflé Amalfi” with a” raspberry and beer sorbet”.

    The Baglioni Hotel form London belongs to the Baglioni Group, created in 1973, which has now 15 facilities in Italy (Bologna, Florence, Milan, Rome, Verona, Venice and Punta Ala), France (Aix-en-Provence, Champillon-Epernay Saint Paul de Vence, Mirambeau-Borbeaux, Bort L’Etang Auvergne) and UK (London). Baglioni Hotels, based in Milan now has 800 employees.
