Gourmet cocktail at Villa Quaranta (Verona)

A warm embrace of color, intense aromas and flavors for lovers of taste and flavor of tradition. Wines and delicacies, music and words that warm the heart and spirit. This is what happens at Villa Quaranta every last Thursday of each month, from 30^th of September, 2010, in the evocative atmosphere of the timeless historical cellar of the villa. Each cocktail is themed: for example, the first appointment of the next show, Thursday, Sept. 30th, is “The time of the Apples” with an amazing menu that includes dishes like Culaccia Lessinia on white bread and homemade preserves Spiced Apples, Bacon on focaccia with red apples and Monte Veronese Stravecchio, Macaroni with green apple and Lessinia Erborinato.

The cocktail hour starts at 19 where prevails the buffet, with attention to every detail and image quality, with delights that excite the palate from appetizer to dessert.
Pairing food and wine is inevitable and offers a wide selection of classic wines of Valpolicella (starting from the Amarone of Valpolicella) and Lake Garda.
