Sono nata a Milano il 15/08/1987; studio Lettere Classiche all'Università Statale di Milano, vivo vicino a Loreto, adoro girare in bici per la città, studiare, scoprire cose nuove e fare viaggi totali. Ho iniziato ad appassionarmi di cucina da piccola, nei pranzi succulenti cucinati da uno zio autodidatta, e da allora sono sempre rimasta affascinata dall'energia creativa dei grandi chef. Sono impegnata in città in movimenti per l'aggregazione e l'apertura di spazi sociali per i giovani. Convinta che vi sia un modo sempre diverso per mettere in moto le relazioni e i luoghi nella nostra città, anche in tavola!
